During these unprecedented times, agents and title companies had get really creative when it came to closings. Masks, social distancing, car closings. Whatever it took to get the job done, and done safely.

But one stands out to both Pam and Sherrie Shaw, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Universal Title, Fredericksburg. It was the closing that happened on the buyers new porch.

Of course the porch was one of the first things that the client loved about the house. So it was fitting that when it came time to seal the deal, she got to do it by ringing the bell on her own home. And Sherrie and Pam were there to capture the moment and make it the most meaningful closing.
